Looking in Genesis 2:1-3 we find out the Sabbath was creates for man to celebrate the life giving relationship we have with God, Holy time! We have to choose to allow God to lead us into rest, if we do we begin to discover our true potential and the unique ways God has designed for us to connect to Him. God is so good and loves us more than we can fathom.
